Kings of Leon - Closer

Despite how much I like Only by the Night, the fourth album by Kings of Leon, "Closer" is by the far the best song on the album. Based on a lot of the comments I've been reading around the web, this seems to be the general consensus. Unfortunately, this is the first track on the album and I was so blown away by it that it made the rest of the songs on the album seem mediocre in comparison. This should not, however, deter you from checking out the rest of the album or the rest of their albums in general. Plus, Caleb has a pretty sexy voice.

For those who haven't heard of Kings of Leon, they're a band from Tennessee consisting of three brothers and their first cousin. The Followill brothers spent most their lives on the road with their father who was a United Pentecostal evangelist. As a result, they spent a lot of time in church which turned out to be where they picked up their musical talent. As it turns out, something good can actually come out of going to church (other than free wine). Go figure.
